Healthy and delicious This book offers just what is says – delicious smoothie recipes for weight loss. I can say that I found recipes in this book that I didn’t see before and I own a few of the smoothie books. That is always a good thing. Besides that, I can say that every one I tried so far is really tasty. Lettuce, pear and banana one especially. I can’t say much about weight loss because I didn’t got this book with that goal in mind, but looking at the recipes, I can assume that they are good for diet…
