Great Place to Start! Juicing seems like a convenient and fairly easy way to dramatically increase your daily intake of fruits and veggies! This book lays out the theory of juicing, including its application to weight loss, and provides three chapters of recipes (fruit based, veggie based, and green juices) to get you started. I found this book to be quite informative on the topics it covered, but also would have liked to see at least a brief explanation of what it means to eat “raw” (for those who might not know)…
