Healthy and Delicious–Need I say more? This is a great resource for virtually anybody. Who doesn’t want to enjoy a tasty smoothie while improving their health?These recipes are easy and great for not only your body but for your mood.I like that you can literally substitute a smoothie for a meal.It’s absolutely perfect especially if you’re constantly on the go like me. Green for the win!

It’s Not Easy Being Green! Off The Charts Delicious! I must say- I’m skeptical that things are good for you if they taste too good! However, I am impressed. The recipes are developed with sound logic, something I expect of author Michael Chung. I have already read his other book, and am on my way to health. And did I mention I have lost weight since I started juicing? I HIGHLY recommend you give his books a read!

Super Health In A Glass! Smoothies have always been my thing, but I know the sugar laden ones are not what i should be taking. Michael does them great justice by giving a wide choice, so anyone can enjoy!I particularly loved the “smoothie advantage” part of the smoothies, as this really opened up my eyes to some. Let’s just say I’ll never refuse watermelon again :) Awesome–that sums it up best!
