Synopsis I love the almost complete information in this book. The author does a very good job of explaining the benefits of juicing. He has a section on the fruits and vegetables with the benefits of juicing each. There is a nice section on recipes(both with nutritional value and caloric content). There is a section on weight loss by juicing and a section which recommends different recipes to juice for different health problems.
