Bought for son’s b-day party I bought this for my sons birthday party. After waiting 10 min. to heat up, I added the pink vanilla floss. While it did make cotton candy, it does take a while to get one a regular size. So I was making cotton candy for an hour. The machine is loud and moves all over the place. Best bang for your buck!! I picked up this unit from a local store for 50% off shortly after Christmas. NOTE: The unit does not come with any floss sugar.I tried making cotton candy for the very first time yesterday (1/21/2013) and was pleasantly surprised that it works.Some lesson learned:1.
