Good for small quantities I’ve used this attachment to make sausage for over five years now. It is great for the beginner or the occasional sausage maker but as you start making larger quantities it starts to fall down. The biggest problem is that if you are stuffing anymore than about three pounds of sausage it just takes too long. How To Fix This Grinder So It Grinds Well I just purchased the plastic meat grinder for my KitchenAid Mixer. All it did was turn meat to mush with a lot of pushing on the food stomper.
