Successful Juicing We avoided juicing for years, favoring smoothies, etc. when juicing seemed a good option, the choice of a juicer never seemed clear. A friend and experienced juicer recommended Omega. I picked this one because it could do nut butters and pasta (not tried yet). It turned out to be just what we wanted: slow, strong, cool, versatile, and very easy to clean. We were wary of it’s taking up space, being cumbersome to use and clean. From an Omega Fan: Worst Juicer I have Used to-date My prior two juicers were from Omega, and they got stellar results. The 8006, especially, has proven an excellent workhorse. This model does a real good job with carrots, apples, and vegetables. You still have to push some things down the chute but there is less cutting involved now than with the narrower chutes…
